We’re incredibly proud and grateful to be chosen as the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Charity of the Year. It means so much to have our work recognised by such a respected organisation, and we’re excited about the opportunity to raise awareness of the vital services we provide for children and young people with Down’s syndrome across Kent.

At 21 Together, we are always looking for ways to enhance the lives of children and young people with Down’s syndrome. When the opportunity arose to collaborate with Leeds Castle, it was an exciting prospect that has since blossomed into a wonderful partnership. This partnership focuses on enhancing accessibility and inclusivity at one of the UK's most beloved historic sites.

Thank You to Our Charity of the Year Partners! We’re thrilled to announce that Orida Hotel Maidstone, Craven Wealth, and Medway Rotary have chosen 21 Together as their Charity of the Year. These amazing local businesses are helping us create lasting change in the Kent Down’s Syndrome community.

Our campaign was to further our reach and support to under-served places such as Thanet. To provide a nurturing haven where children and young adults with Down's syndrome can flourish. With our new Thanet Centre transformed and already running groups, we want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the incredible contractors who dedicated their time and skills to make this vision a reality.

We were very grateful to receive a Kent Wellbeing Award this year. We’re always so appreciative for recognition for the work we do.
