Community Fundraising
By fundraising for 21 Together, you will be making a difference to the lives of children and young adults with Down’s syndrome in Kent.
We work with an increasingly wide range of community groups who give their time and enthusiasm tirelessly to support our work. We believe in developing genuine, lasting and enriching relationships with organisations who raise funds for us.
Our fabulous and dedicated community of parents, friends and well-wishers constantly surprise and humble us with their tenacity and determination.
