Communicate Together
Join us in building a brighter future!
One of our key fundraising aims revolves around our Communicate Together strategy.
Communicate Together delivers life-changing social and communication groups for children and young people with Down’s Syndrome from birth to 25 years old at our Maidstone and Thanet centres. Over the last nine years, we have seen and heard the impact these sessions have on children and their families. Our mission is to bring this opportunity to more children and to keep building on the excellent opportunities we have available. Communication is the cornerstone of relationships and connections. Our young people deserve to find that connection, just as their typically developing peers do.

Meet our Campaign Patrons
A message from Lady Colgrain Lord-Lieutenant of Kent
I am absolutely delighted to be a Campaign Patron for 21 Together’s project ‘Communicate Together’. 21 Together has been undertaking fantastic work on behalf of children and young people with Down’s syndrome and their families throughout Kent for the last 8 years.
However, due to its central location in Maidstone, 21 Together has found it hard to reach out to people across the whole of our very large county and specifically those on the coast. has already enabled another centre to open in Thanet – reaching out to some of Kent’s most deprived areas and accessing the coastal parts of the county. But in order to secure the amazing services 21 Together provides across Kent, there is still work to do.
This project will make a huge difference to these families, and I urge you to please do what you can to support it.
Thank you
Bella Colgrain
