Our current offerings provide a nurturing haven where children and young adults with Down's syndrome can flourish. These sessions aren't just about honing communication skills; they're about fostering social bonds and personal growth. The impact? Profound, both for individuals and their families.

But our mission is far from over. The demand for specialised support, especially in under-served areas like Thanet, remains pressing. That's why we're thrilled to announce the expansion of our services with a new centre in Thanet.

A message from Lady Colgrain Lord-Lieutenant of Kent

I am absolutely delighted to be a Campaign Patron for 21 Together’s project ‘Communicate Together’. 21 Together has been undertaking fantastic work on behalf of children and young people with Down’s syndrome and their families throughout Kent for the last 8 years.

However, due to its central location in Maidstone, 21 Together has found it hard to reach out to people across the whole of our very large county and specifically those on the coast. The new ‘Communicate Together’ project will enable another centre to open in Thanet – reaching out to some of Kent’s most deprived areas and accessing the coastal parts of the county. This will allow the charity to expand its work into these areas.

This project will make a huge difference to these families, and I urge you to please do what you can to support it.
