Join the #21Challenge

One number. Endless possibilities. Ongoing impact.

Whether it’s running 21 miles, baking 21 cakes, cycling for 21 days, or learning 21 signs in Makaton, the #21Challenge is your chance to get creative, get active, and make a real difference.

This campaign celebrates the uniqueness of the Down’s syndrome community — inspired by the extra 21st chromosome — and invites you to turn that number into something powerful.

Why take part?
Your #21Challenge helps fund vital services that support children and young people with Down’s syndrome across Kent — from specialist therapy and family support to inclusive education and social groups.

When can I do it?
Anytime! The #21Challenge runs all year long — but we go big every March to mark World Down’s Syndrome Day (21st March) with a special fundraising push. Join us then or start your challenge today.

Make your challenge count
Ask friends, family, or colleagues to sponsor your challenge — or set up a fundraising page and share your story online. Every pound you raise brings smiles, progress, and inclusion to the children we support.
