21 Together were joined by Natalija Clark, mum to 15 year old Max who has Down’s syndrome. She became interested in nutrition more than 10 years ago to support her son's health. She is now a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist working with both children and adults, supporting with a variety of conditions using a holistic approach to health and wellness. Natalija discussed the foundations of good nutrition for children with DS, highlighting common issues that the community face and how nutrition can help alleviate these.
