21 Together Participation Form

The registration form needs to be completed before attendance to a service.

21 Together collects and stores personal data that you provide, which is information that can be used to identify someone as an individual. 21 Together will only do this when you have consented and will only collect personal data to serve a specific purpose and only gather the minimum amount needed.

Photos and videos of the children/young people (and anyone accompanying them) may be taken throughout to be used in advertising, social media, and grant applications. They may also be used by our corporate partners and third parties with our consent. This is to enable our business partners to advertise their connection with the charity.

Information regarding our group sessions will all be sent from groups@21together.org.uk please be sure to save this address in your email mailbox and check your junk/spam folders.
