21 Together Outreach Service

21 Together provides tailored, school-based support for children and young people with Down’s syndrome—most often those already known to us through our education or enrichment programmes.

We work collaboratively with schools to ensure that every child with Down’s syndrome can thrive in a truly inclusive environment.

Our team of experienced professionals offer Down’s syndrome–specific expertise, alongside broader special educational needs experience (ASC, SEMH, developmental delay and more). Every visit and intervention is designed around the unique needs of the child and the school.
