Social Connections ONLINE

As cases of COVID continue to rise, many of our children and young people are missing out on vital social contact with their peers. We are pleased to be able to offer more online Social Connections sessions, with support from KCC funding.

These sessions are open to all young people with Down’s syndrome between the ages of 11 and 25. We will be holding some spaces in reserve for those young people currently isolating or having reduced social contact due to COVID.

These 10 online sessions are aimed at supporting children and young people who have been affected by COVID. As well as having the opportunity to socialise with their peers, it will increase awareness of how to be COVID safe and stay connected.

This is free for everyone and is aimed at participation and having fun in a group setting, without being physically together.

This is on a first come, first served basis as we have limited spaces to offer. You will be contacted by 7th January if you have been successful in gaining a space.

Please be mindful if you have signed up for sessions and cannot attend for any reason, you should inform us at info@21together.org.uk, so we can allocate your space to someone on the waiting list.

If you are isolating during this period and would like to join for a session or two, but have not signed up, please do get in touch at info@21together.org.uk and we can allocate you a space at any point during the term.
