Wellbeing Session

As parents and carers life is always busy - We rarely have time to focus on ourselves!

21 Together are launching new Wellbeing Sessions specifically aimed at those parents / carers / family members who deserve a little time to recharge and regroup. Come and join us for an informal and friendly couple of hours to relax, share ideas and take some time out for yourself. A really open friendly group where you can talk all things DS or alternatively just have a good old chat about anything else.

As always, 21 Together staff will be on hand for advice and support, but now we are online the choice of drinks is up to you!

We are pleased to announce that Victoria Thomas the founder of Yomutra will be joining us to provide an introduction to Yoga, meditation and Mindfulness. Vics is a qualified instructor in various styles of yoga as well as currently being in her third year of studies in Osteopathy. We are excited to have her join us and treat us to a session on simple exercises and techniques to support our daily lives. Don’t panic! This is an informal relaxed session; gym kits are not required!

We hope you will join us for the first of these new and exciting sessions.

These sessions are NOT open to children as they are designed to give a quiet and relaxed space for parents and / or carers time for themselves. For support sessions aimed at parents with children at home please see our Play and Stay sessions.

TIME: 8pm onwards

The Yomutra workshop will be approximately 45 minutes long at the start of the session and then there will be time after for chats and drinks (tea or wine, we all know what the team will be choosing)!

VENUE: At home!!!
